Who is planning the delivery of drought and flood mitigation on a landscape scale?

@Tracyfilmwales any pointers to who might be commissioned, or able, to do a two minute drone landscape film/ video visualisation, annotated? It would illustrate #NFM Natural Flood Management interventions, and what #agroecology looks like?
