#NI was originally “sold” on the principle that it would cover #sickness and #old age. If we are going to pay up front for #NHS services can we have a rebate? Why are we paying high tax for poor services? Those in need are left to rot. Good public services, benefiting all, paid for through taxation is a better option than wealthy #Tory tax avoidance.
