Welp, this series is over.

The Devils had a great season, and getting to see them win a series (especially against the Rangers) was amazing. But they're learning a hard lesson right now, about what it takes to compete in the playoffs.

Hopefully they understand that they're getting badly outworked by a less talented team, and in the off season and next season they start developing the kind of work ethic they're seeing from Carolina.

I'm so excited for tonight. It'd be easy to say we should be happy regardless with how well the #NJDevils played this year, but any fan knows that you just have to beat the Rangers.
