I don't think they're going that much faster than #NMBS trains in corners. But like... When the cornering starts, you just feel the carts slamming on the sides of the tracks?

Seeing as you're one of the biggest (Belgian) train experts I follow here: is there a way to see what the rolling stock is of an #nmbs train?
First time sitting in a passenger car like this one. Are these new or something?

Like: the nmbs app doesn't support ideal as a payment method for example. So they can't use that. Do they really have to use the ticket machines?...

Today’s photo: a summer 2001 #SNCB #NMBS 🇧🇪 @diningcar menu - used as a bookmark since and retrieved earlier this week.
Prices are given in Belgian Francs, French Francs, Italian Lira and … Euros 🇪🇺 😳.
The latter one replaced these (and other) currencies as means of payment in 2002.

Ooh. This #NMBS #IC 714 train seems to be going through to #Lille Flanders. It separates. which is a good thing. The #interrail #RailPlanner will make you change in Courtrai/Kortrijk for some reason but I'm assured this part of the train is for Lille and not Poperinge.
