The NNR joined Minister Mantashe in giving notice of intention to oppose a court action by Peter Becker. Presumably the respondents, the Minister, NNR Board Chair & NNR are now working on their answering affidavits, which are due 7 July 2022. Updates to follow... #NNRCourtCase
