the NZ jury service system is a load of crap. covering letter says online submission possible (but no link), turns out for a deferral you get an online, non-submittable PDF, which needs to be printed out and scanned + emailed or posted. no integration with RealMe, basically clusterfuck of ineptitude. #NZJustice
