CAP’N CRUNCH was created by #AllanBurns (1935-2021), future co-creator of #TheMunsters and #MaryTylerMoore.
Burns was a writer for #JayWard Productions (of #RockyAndBullwinkle fame) which produced the cereal’s commercials from 1963-84!
