Most conversations I see about #infrastructure focus on roads, bridges, rail lines, electric grid, etc.
How many think of #nonprofit orgs and the support they need to be great at serving clients?
Here are several articles on #tutor#mentor blog where that is the focus. https://tutormentor.blogspot.com/search/label/infrastructure

It's Friday and the start of a #NFL playoff game weekend. Great if you're a sports fan, which I am.
However, I'll also be looking for people talking about #NationalMentoringMonth and ways to make well-organized, mentor-rich programs available to more kids in high poverty areas. Finding new ways to fund #nonprofit operations is one of the challenges.
I have been writing about this on http://tutormentor.blogspot.com since 2005. #tutormentor #CapacityBuilding #philanthropy

It's #NationalMentoringMonth in the U.S.A. Events throughout the month will celebrate mentoring, cumulating with a conference in DC at the end of the month.
I focus on mentoring #youth living in high #poverty areas and helping those kids through school and into adult lives. This requires long-term program support.
Thus, program #design is important. I've been sharing ideas about what should be in a #tutor #mentor #nonprofit for many years. Browse articles at https://tutormentor.blogspot.com/search/label/design

January is #NationalMentoringMonth and you'll see many celebrations of the act of #mentoring on your social media feeds.
What I urge you to think about is the infrastructure needed to make volunteer-based #tutoring #mentoring & learning available to k-12 youth living in every high poverty area of your city, via organized #nonprofit youth programs.
Think of strategies that support multiple #nonprofit programs in your city. Read articles at https://tutormentor.blogspot.com/search/label/virtual%20corporate%20office

January is #NationalMentoringMonth, which draws attention to #mentoring in many different formats.
Through #TutorMentor Connection, formed in 1993, I've focused on the programs and infrastructure needed to reach k-12 kids in high poverty areas with well organized, on-going tutor and mentor programs.
Since these are #nonprofit orgs they all need a consistent flow of dollars, volunteers, etc. to do their work.
