We need to tax #landSpeculation and profiteering (ie. the financial establishment) to enable #UBI. Then companies will be forced to compete for labour not just on wages but on ethical standards, democratising employment.

Banks need to be reined in also. Right now, they act as #NeoFeudal Lords — gatekeepers to #homeOwnership and economic activity, while at the same time #virtueSignalling on every billboard they can find.
