I don't think I have enough context to know what to make of it, but it felt like it had at least one theme in common with the Latin American sci-fi anthology "El Tercer Mundo Después del Sol" -- that for huge swaths of humanity, technology is mostly something made elsewhere and imposed rather than imported. The idea that you can remake it to serve your own purposes is pretty radical.

Too bad the content and tone of Symbiopsychotaxiplasm: #TakeOne are so opposite from #NeptuneFrost, which I watched last night.
Both inventive and unique, but #Symbiopsychotaxiplasm is of the past with its ingrained toxicity, #Neptune #Frost is of now, and our future, in its openness, acceptance, and #communal #spirit.
