Trying frames for a picture, think I want snow mount.

Staining a wood shelf ready to go up. Big Bubble Bath with podcast. More wood staining. Eating is nibbles along the way till tea time. Gonna be The Doors Day today all the way through.

Well. So in spirit of Lisa Marie passing. I've now popped on the Elvis Mega mix.for the rest of the night.
I've also eaten well, taking medi weed after dinner, and propped my front door open. Fell the need to share the feeling, let it out the confine. This little block is great cos people.do little bursts like this randomly and we all just turn off what we have and listen. I've been so happy with my neighbours taste in music to be honest.

Heeeeey.. First, it's gonna happen cos you're a normal human. Good work on owning and 'verbalising' it making it even more real. Its OK.
I have an Emergency Day which has cut down list of key things to achieve. Take the pressure off yourself a little. Make space, feel your sads, understand where they come from, breathe, walk about indoors, drink water, nourishment.
Find music or something to lift you slowly through the day. No rush.

My brother and wife were 'advised' their wrapping was 'nice, but didn't match the Tree' of the house they were VISITING. No idea how he didn't lose his mind there and then. They discussed it as a family and agreed to do CentreParcs their own way for a year or two.
Me, my Himself and Dad were always invited and accommodated beyond belief, but Bruvver rightly wasn't having it and protected his wife from her own family.
