I'm quite fond of the hypothesis that neuropathic pain has an adaptive basis. I'm increasingly wondering to what degree we might find nociception-like systems in organisms without brains and like bits, and what this might mean for the #evolution of pain.

My experience with #Fibromyalgia, THC and CBD is somewhat similar: THC helps relieve the pain, but I don't get relief from CBD alone.
