I'm "on a break" from #NeverwinterNights. I'm seeing other hobbies right now.

That having been said, I've now configured my NWNEE to run in Linux pretty-much how I had it in Windows. I changed the color of party chat so many years ago that the way that setting is specified has changed and I can't find it anymore, but other than that, my NWNEE is up and running.

As in Windows, I prefer to launch NWN from inside the logs folder so I can rename the log file upon exit.

I know I didn't need to specify the name/location of my #Firefox profile, but I prefer that my profile not be in a hidden directory, and be with the rest of the stuff I'd like to back-up.

So I now have my Firefox profile in my Documents folder. I know where it is, I can see it, I can easily back it up with the rest of my documents when I back up my documents.

I also moved the logs, dmvault, playervault, and portraits folders of #NeverwinterNights and left symlinks in their places.

I decided to try something dumb. Or at least it feels very dumb right now. I'm installing #Steam on a #Linux Mint Live #USB with Persistence. It sounded good in theory, so I could see my Steam library and try to run things, but Steam has been installing libraries for multiple hours already. USB 2 is very slow. I should have at least used a USB 3 thumb-drive. Oh well. I can allow it one more hour before I interrupt it to boot into Windows for a scheduled #NeverwinterNights activity.
