So US should invest their money on developed and economic growth of some countries like China is already doing, in order to gain influence on those countries.

So the US want hurt also the technology sector of China.
It's true that actually only US can provide technological advanced microchips, but there are no doubt that China and EU are working on it, by improving Chinese/European university and project with public fund.

This US move aims to create a new cold war, but in that case can US really win it in the long run?

Maybe if the entire production of US is made by robots?
