Traffic cameras are *already* in wide-spread use in #Connecticut for traffic monitoring. They serve as input to traffic light control systems so that the systems can respond to local conditions. They're used for this because they are less expensive and more reliable than other options

The #cttransit 265 will take you from the WestHaven train station to downtown #NewHaven, but if you're already on the train, it would be easier just to ride the rest of the way into NH and either walk downtown or take the free shuttle

WRT affordable housing, the old Armstrong tire plant, right across Sawmill from the train station is a prime location for that

So this "project" in #WestHaven #Connecticut kicked off in 2013, 10 years ago

It became crystal clear last year that the developer would renig on their promises to the town
