I'm so burnt out by admin/logistical stuff (which I do love btw) that I've pulled out some #code base to find the off by one errors and other #bugs. Aaahhh the visual soothing nature of angry and unhelpful error messages in a console. #NewPI

Interesting paper from Tatjana Trcek lab.
She & her team looked at fly #GermGranules nucleation and, well... the title says it all:

"Proteins rather than mRNAs regulate nucleation and persistence of Oskar germ granules in Drosophila "
