🌱 We chose Brassica oleracea convar. botrytis L. (#cauliflower) as the #CPVO's Plant of the Month of May.

🔎Cauliflower is a modified form of cabbage from the Brassicaceae family.

📄Overall, the CPVO has received 270 applications for cauliflower.

📈The species name is Daucus carota L. Since 1995, the #CPVO has received 119 applications; from which 72 grants are still in force today and 31 have terminated. The duration of the protection after the grant is 25 years.
