Preparing for Collapse: The New Political Map

What's most interesting to me is that traditional "left/right", as well as religious/technical and nationalistic/cosmopolitan viewpoints can be found across the spectrum, though generally I'd consider the bottom ("less social change possible") tends toward more conservative / establishment / reactionary beliefs and the top ("more social change possible") tends toward more left/radical beliefs.

As a framework for considering and discussing beliefs, philosophies, viewpoints, and groups ranging from rapsody to extinction, doomer to transhumanist, I still find this useful after nearly a decade.
