iSpace probably became the latest public company to crash into the moon 🚀. Twenty minutes after expected touchdown and no communication. Assuming their live feed animation was accurate, there was an update just prior to landing (not certain if it was direct communication or some other remote measurement).

My name is Alastair, I'm a #space engineer currently living in #Luxembourg. I studied #physics and #astrophysics at Imperial College and IAC, before moving to the satellite industry.

I have since been involved in #newspace, #cubesats and for three years managed a satellite operations centre. Now working on the development of a new space telescope funded by #ESA.

I also write about space and physics at the quantum cat.
