Day two of complete #decaffeination. No headache this morning, which is a huge improvement, but I'm still feeling brain-fogged and disoriented. Not as bad as yesterday, though.
CRAZY vivid frickin' dreams last night, and I'm pretty sure I don't like it. Hopefully I'll go back to the quiet, peaceful downy darkness of mostly-dreamless sleep before too long.

@ed se vuoi smettere con la caffeina puoi provare anche la cicoria (sia per moka che solubile). Mai assaggiata? A me piace tantissimo (non è molto economica però 🥲).
@Vi Se prendente quella solubile bastano due cucchiaini per tazza e viene perfetta. Con quella per moka bisogna ricordarsi di non riempire il filtro (fermarsi a metà). Il sapore è decisamente più intenso e amaro.

This morning is #day3 with #NoCaffeine. I’m not going to lie….the headache, muscle ache, general blurginess of yesterday was bad but I do feel better this morning. I think my next step may be daily #exercise (#yoga or #running alternating)….it’s this or #nosugar…. What do you all think?

@swansinflight @Gina @screenbeard @mike The unfortunate fact is that caffeine addiction is still an addiction, which is unfortunately hyped up as normal behavior by a huge swath of society.
I am lucky that my stomach is just too weak for coffee, so I got my caffeine addiction experience with black tea, which I could luckily get rid of relatively easily during university in about a week. #NoCoffee #NoCaffeine
