Made a new loaf of Irish soda bread today, this time using a different recipe. And I gotta say, this one's a winner!

As you can see, it rose surprisingly high, to the point where Roomie thought I'd managed to find a packet of yeast somewhere. It's got a nice, crispy crust, and the inside is soft and moist. Not too sweet either, it doesn't taste terribly far away from a standard yeast loaf.
