Habe #Oppenheimer am Wochenende nachgeholt und kann das Erlebnis nicht ganz von meinem ersten #IMAX Besuch in #Leonberg trennen. Bin positiv angetan von dem #Film, was aber bei den meisten #Nolan Filmen bei mir der Fall ist.
Auch die Anzahl an Physikern die zeitgleich gelebt haben und dann auf Genies wie Einstein zurück blicken hat bei mir nochmal was ausgelöst: Wie viele große Forscherinnen gab es wohl nach 1950, von denen ich nicht so viel gehört habe?

#Following is a very good #NeoNoir, reminiscent in some ways of the excellent #BloodSimple.

There's a surprising amount of tension that stays throughout even though the whole #movie is low-key, with a leisurely pace.

It has #Nolan's now-signature #nonlinear #timeline with a device that makes it easy to keep track of what's, when.

Clever #plot and slow unpeeling of its layers keep the truth well-hidden, even when you think you know what's happening, in true #noir fashion.

Lot's of interesting details on #Oppenheimer, #ChristopherNolan's upcoming #biopic (#July21), the biggest for me is that #Nolan got #Universal to give the #film a 100 day #theatrical #release #window!

The claim this #movie will save #Hollywood is hyperbole, but I agree that the combination of a #biographical #blockbuster and "extended" release is a major change.

When I was young, #movies might be in #theaters 4-6 months.
