Great if you are in a wintery ground beef casserole kind of mood (like maybe an elevated Hamburger Helper kind of mood?). NOT a diet dish. Lovely with a nice crisp green salad. Magical if you a have thing for tender pasta shells catching up yummy rich sauce.

I use a standard can of chopped tomatoes (400 grams) in this instead of the tomato sauce. And you probably want to adjust the cream to your preference
