Still this week, the new 2022 #EmissionsGap Report by the United Nations Environment Programme also called for an urgent system-wide transformation to avoid climate disaster. We are not on track to meet the Paris Agreement goals.

The World Resource Institute’s #StateOfClimateAction Report released this week shows the world’s highest-emitting sectors — power, buildings, industry, transport, forests and land, and food and agriculture — aren’t acting anywhere near fast enough if we are to limit #globalwarming to 1.5 degrees C.
Also our diets are well off track, as ruminant #meat consumption isn’t decreasing fast enough.
