As a compromise I 1) tag my stream announcements as #NowLive so people can filter that and 2) I put them behind a one-line content warning so they take less space in the stream. Another idea: make a separate account, e.g. LeaLeaLive (maybe even marked as "bot") so people can follow that separately and even enable "the bell" if they want.

Not sure if there's an agreed on standard. I've seen #LiveNow, #GoingLive and similars. Maybe we can settle on one? #NowPlaying for autogenerated playlist posts seems established.
