I’ve been trying without success to find an initial source for TEPCO catching a rockfish near Fukushima that tested at 18,000 becquerels — 180 times the legal limit. Everything I could find about it point at this Guardian article, but this article provides no citation, and I can find nothing from TEPCO about it.
