It was inspiring to attend MCPc's kickoff event yesterday, highlighting the importance of providing youth with apprenticeships to gain experience in cybersecurity & sustainable IT.

These opportunities are an investment in our young people + will revitalize our economic growth in #OH11.

It is estimated that nearly 55,000 more Ohioans will have health insurance because of President Biden's #InflationReductionAct.

This will improve health outcomes, access to healthcare, and financial security for the people in #OH11.

Ohio has received $5 million through the #InfrastructureLaw's BEAD Program to help provide access to high-speed internet across the state.

As many as 1.8 million Ohio households are eligible for these programs, which can cut internet bills for #OH11 families by up to $30/month.

Our country's potential for economic growth and development increases when entrepreneurs from all backgrounds can thrive in all communities.

It will be exciting to see how @USMBDA's CRP encourages diverse economic representation here in #OH11 and across the country.

At Glenvillage, aspiring minority entrepreneurs have access to physical locations + resources they need to jumpstart their small businesses.
 
It was great to get a smoothie from some #OH11 entrepreneurs & discuss how the U.S. Minority Business Development Agency’s Capital Readiness Program could further advance their business goals.

Today I had the opportunity to visit LEFCO Worthington, a minority-owned manufacturing company in #OH11, with Secretary Raimondo.

The success of LEFCO Worthington is a prime example of how the U.S. Minority Business Development Agency can help local entrepreneurs streamline their businesses for success and build a more resilient economy.
