Why is it so hard to find affordable IP66/IP67 #ONVIF Profile S minidome/eye cameras rated for surviving my local winters?

I simply want something trustworthy and affordable I can use with #ZoneMinder.

I know it's because everything else is subsidized by proprietary software & spyware leaking access to your installations and compromising their security, but it's still obnoxious...
