That's my new CPAP full-face but under the nose mask. Also the tube connects on top of the head, making me struggle less with it being in the way I hope. Also, I can wear my glasses with it!

Ps, I managed to fall asleep with my full face cpap mask on! 👍🏼 kinda proud of my usually very difficult body and mind for just accepting it this soon.

I'm nowhere near sleeping through the entire night with the cpap on, but it is progress (?)

I've tried for 4 nights, but I keep removing the (full face) mask because I can't fall asleep.
I'm gonna give it a month, though. Or longer if there's any form of progress. I will keep trying.

Tips to fall asleep with it on are appreciated.

I've heard that the temperature in the bedroom shouldn't be below 16 degrees Celsius when using a Cpap machine...

But with these gas prices, that's a huge problem. It is often way below that in our bedroom.

What happens then?
And can it he helped somehow?
