(2/3) The agreement is disappointing.Terms are the same as offered to the Union a few weeks ago, which led to the strike notice and the Ford gov't's hasty tabling of Back to Work legislation. At the table, Gov't refused to budge on CUPE's asks for funding to guarantee services and staffing levels in all schools.
