Would anyone be able to tell me what the street cabinet equivalent on the side of a train track are called?

Example is below. I've searched the #OSM wiki but can't seem to find anything about them or if they are mapped.

Czy jest jakiś powód dla którego mój "node" na mapie #GPS strasznie skacze, pomimo posiadania dobrego zasięgu i internetu? Że nie potrafi skalibrować mnie poprawnie i pokazuje mnie ciągle w promieniu 40m od mojej faktycznej lokalizacji?
Inni też tak mają, czy to po prostu mój telefon umiera?

Dobra, skończyłem chyba Półwiejską do Kupca Poznańskiego. Dziś po pracy przejdę się tam ze #StreetComplete. Jak będę miał ochotę może też przejdę się od Avenidy do Zamku i odbiję w stronę Towarowej, bo dużo miejsc na mapie w tamtym miejscu wygląda na usmażone.
