Simply put, you can't upload pictures to #OpenStreetMap; #OSM is 'just' a geo-spacial data base. However, you can use attributes to link photos to nodes from various sources (e.g. Mapillary, Wikimedia Commons). Mapillary is the by far the most often used service of this kind in OSM.

#OsmAnd features support for Mapillary, but (I think) unfortunately not for other 3rd party services. Some OSM editors (like the iD editor) also feature overlays, as a guide for #mappers.

Mit #OSMand auf Android ist das ja kein Problem - sooooo ein super client
