Are we just supposed to be ignoring that now b/c #Aliens or something? Or is everything just so terrible that a trade-ally commiting what seems to be war crims just doesn't register?

In practice, many security relevant tasks er done by automation technicians, electricians, control room operators and others who won't always be able to read procedures and take trainings in English. This is too often forgotten!
