It's #WheelBuildingWednesday . Budget wheelset for my wife's current project #OctaneOne Kode. Novatec hubs (60€/set) and Syncros branded Alex rims (13€/pc). For such a Setup, #GravelKing semi (40€/pc) look expensive, but they are round!

@scree 66 degree head angle. #OctaneOne Prone. Really cheap trail bike (got the frame for €169).

Frau: "Wann hab eigentlich ich das letzte neue Rad gekauft?"

Lackierung mit Chips in Regenbogenfarben ist so geil.

Today a steel frame arrived. Nothing too exotic, just #7anna #OctaneOne Kode. This time made in Taiwan. The #Prone was made in Poland, which basically means manufactured in China and finished (riveted and painted) in Poland.

Really cool fish scale glitter paint with pink, blue, golden and silver chips. I hope, my wife will love this bike, it'll be first new bike since 2005.
