Odd - the #OctopusEnergy app recommends that I should keep my monthly payments as they are, but their website says I should drop my payments by around £40/month. I'm also around £400 in credit.

Given most charging points I’ve used have contactless payment for bank cards, I’m wondering what the advantage of Electroverse was?

Oh lovely, 4 years of being on Smart Tarrifs with #OctopusEnergy means that the meter hasn't technically been read in so long it's around 10,000kWh behind where it should be.

We've been on the #OctopusEnergy #Flux tariff for 90 days now. This allowed us to load shift using our #batteries & to force discharge electricity when export tariffs are higher (between 4pm-7pm). We've also been taking advantage of our #SolarPV and our #HeatPump.
Last year before the PV & batteries were installed we averaged about 16kW energy usage per day. Over 90 days that would cost £540. This year same bill is £6.72. Savings of about £533.
More financial help needed to spread this tech.

All approvals for an air source heat pump installation met, so now waiting on dates on which my installation can occur.

I'm so confused. I had a phone call with #OctopusEnergy a few weeks ago to arrange a credit refund... It showed in my balance history by the end of the call. I've just had my bill and it's not there, the website also has stopped showing it and it never appeared in my bank. They really have failed under popularity / customer numbers ;( and my IHD _still_ doesn't show gas and they've stopped responding to those emails/queries. ARGH!!
