Don't mind me, just crying while finishing this book by #OliverSacks. The last chapter is on how #MusicTherapy can momentarily bring someone with #dementia back to their old self. The last time I saw my Opa alive, he was nearly catatonic. But when given a harmonica, he would play a song and then we could carry on a conversation for about 10 minutes afterwards, complete with full sentences and past memories. Music is magic.

Highly recommend this book, Sacks is a beautiful writer and person.

Planning on finishing the #MarkLanegan (RIP), #PrincessLeia, and #OliverSacks this month, the #Proust, as per previous posts, hopefully in my lifetime...
