Why did the boundaries of the Greenwood-Phinney UV only get expanded from the center of Greenwood and the southern part which is the more affluent Phinney Ridge not? #OneSeattle #SeattleCompPlan

Every time we try to build more residential housing in downtown #Seattle some well funded group objects — for their view corridor, alley access or historic preservation reason — with hella lawyers & delays.
