I got a new export of my data from #Disqus via #OneTrust and it's... empty again.

At this point I want to dive deeper. Time to discover how to send a complain to the Data Protection Authority to see first hand how this #privacy stuff really works.

I spent a considerable amount of time working at the implementation of #GDPR. It was tedious and useless for the business. It's discouraging to see that not everyone takes this thing seriously.

Apparently, Windows 11 connects to 3rd parties even before the user opens a browser. Nice for #privacy!

One of these 3rd parties apparently is #Onetrust. I know that company because it is the one responsible for my data on #Disqus... the one that was unable to export my data after a month.

I would love to splat the spoons that are responsible for UAT the #OneTrust platform as the stupidity of inconsistency in their UI module features and behaviours is infuriating.

It is so evident that they are modules that are designed to be independent and not a package.
