Oger: Yes, the men that overwhelmingly are the ones who go on hate- and rage- motivated killing sprees are responsible for their own actions.

Nevertheless, we are all accountable together for how we tolerate the cultivation of the hatred and supremacist ideology that motivates this - especially online.
