I've spent the last decade in a world where it's all about the numbers and turnover. New members are the ones willing to pay for premiums so the aim is for them to spend as much as they can be sold, and then for them to get off to make way for new blood.

It sucks, and although the data says it's what about 80% of users want, that 20% is a large number, and has a large proportion of #LGBTQ folks in it.
