Okay - an #introduction

My #PhD is in #psychology - #wellbeing & the evolutionary foundations of #Music, including social connection & #emotion regulation. Also an MSc in #OrganisationalBehaviour - focus on #decision making processes.

I have researched & published in #GenderEquality & social justice issues. I am currently in the public health space. I am focused on the #SDOH for #mentalhealth & #wellbeing & issues of #HealthEquity.

Also fascinated by animal cognition, emotion & connection

My problem with doing an #introduction is there's too much going on and I'm not sure what will connect here. I work for the #EU, but just had a 8 year #careerbreak in Australia, where I got interested in #organisationalbehaviour #socialnetworktheory #communityengagement and #futureofwork. I love food and wine and want to get back into #cheesemaking. And I spent too much time and way too much money on #yarncraft - #crochet, #knitting and soon #spinning. Best of all, I have 2 #dogs.

The National Transportation Safety Board's reports on air, rail, and other transport incidents are highly revealing. They still rely on "operator error" to a far greater extent than they should, but try to identify root cause.
