Question for organization scholars:

Has the rise of financialization over the last 40 years lead to a more ideal typical bureaucrat corporate form?

Cleaning the house and it popped into my head that to meet the demands of external financial markets and their intermediaries would require a more ideal typical bureaucratic form.

Is anyone writing on this? (I’ll do a lit review later but wanted to this out while I vacuum)
