It seems like #wpf is also on #microsoft's #deathnote, it will be transformed to a "community run project". You can guess what this means. I have decided not to develop any #csharp (#microsoftStore) apps anymore right now. I wanted to have my #Ortsdosisleistung back but my lifetime is too precious to waste it on #microsoft stuff not knowing how long it will last until pulled. I'll write some little #mvvm based tools as needed for my company trying not to lose my skills completely and that's it.

Slowly getting there, rewriting this will take weeks, if not months but I have the CS/WinRT interop project running now, which is nice. Time is so precious, let's see how far this goes.

I refrain to adapt my UWP app to WinUI, most of the packages are outdated and have ugly security issues. "Boy, never ride a dead horse" my grandpa said... I'm curios when #Microsoft ditches WinUI. If so, I'd be completely done with coding c# anyway.
