With joints crumbling like old mortar (3 total joint replacements and counting) falling is not an option.
Guess I'll be breaking out the ice cleats a bit earlier this year!

Recently I thought back to my grandmother on my mother’s side, who swore by the helping effect of the copper bracelet she wore on her wrist.
So I hop onto eBay & Amazon before I eventually found one that didn’t include magnets.
The funny thing was the negative feedback on Amazon! People were returning their “faulty” copper bracelets - because it made their skin turn green! Doh!
