Terminates governor's disaster declaration with majority vote from legislature. It currently requires a ⅔ vote.

✅ Prop 2: 53.6%
Requires vote from legislature to continue disaster declarations every 21 days. Currently, governor can extend indefinitely.

✅ Prop 3: 71.4%
Promotes equality by race and ethnicity.

✅ Referendum - Act 91 of 2020: 72.2%
Allows fire departments access to loans.
