The NBM deterministic high of 26 in #Philadelphia on #Christmas day would make it the coldest Christmas in 39 years (but nowhere close to the brutally cold Christmas 1983!) - but the 27 in 2000 will be close. Regardless, bitterly cold holiday weekend coming up for the Mid-Atlantic.
25 on Christmas Eve would also the coldest high in nearly 4 years (18 on Feb 1, 2019)
