#NYCDOT said #WestEndAvenue could be be improved by adding the #LeftTurnLanes. Would rather have the cars weave a bit (Creates a #chicane) and use the hatched area as a #PBL.

That being said shit like this is why the #Spamhaus #PBL is the default for #consumer internet access and most eMail providers that ain't the prime 3 spammers [Microsoft, Google, Yahoo] will silently drop all eMails from domains w/o matching SPF records.
