@chiraag there are 2 elements to this: the data collection and the corrective action. #PDAP only works on the data collection, not the corrective actions. if the bill passes, the data collection will already be handled. If Biden somehow disempowers the corrective actions, PDAP is out of the picture anyway.

@chiraag The #PDAP project is too inaccessible themselves. This actually manifests into 2 issues: being incompatible with the free world entails excluding people from working on the project. It also indicates that they aren't the right people for the job (they're just moving data from the public space into a walled garden).
