Last week, the merger of two #energy corporations was finalised in Poland: #Orlen and #PGNIG

Why it is important?
Those two companies merged together will create a huge multi-energy corp will PLN 400b of annual revenues (ca. 1/3 of BP's). The company has a strong petroleum segment (Orlen), conventional and RE power plants (Energa) and gas segment (PGNIG). Additionally, it has chain of newspaper stores and hundreds of local newspapers.
