Here's another example of the #decoupling principle: when you're on a mobile network, we've always assumed that your location and everything you do has to be trackable by the mobile provider, because the tower needs to be able to talk to your phone.
With #PGPP, we showed that we can provide mobile data service while separating the *who* -- your actual identity (the person paying the bill) -- from the *what* -- the identifier the mobile network knows your phone as (your SIM's IMSI). 7/
